Tutorial for downloading Korean and Japanese games (Android-only):
- Go to apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/
- Now go to the selected game's Google Play page.
- Copy the Google Play URL and paste it to evozi.
- Click "Generate Download Link".
- Now you have two options, either "Click here to download...:" or click on the "QR Code: View" and use a barcode scanner on your tablet or phone. (The second way is a lot easier and faster)

You can also just use QooApp.
